Does Love really happen?

Hello all,
.......... I,m Clive a brit that has been living over here for 5 years this March.
I thought I found love married and moved to Las Cruces she moved her lover in so I moved out.
Then the End of may I found my soul mate, my one love( every one has one out there) on 1-7-04 she said "I cannot love you the way you love me". So now with a heart in total pieces, I,m thinking is love real or something we all made up to survive??
I do not have friends to busy with University and working, But I need to change that part of me, So I'm open to frienships if you'll have me.

Yes Love is real, but alot of peoples perceptions of love are clouded by there own selfishness and inability to accept that they are in love so they run, everybody including women are afraid of commitment, some just accept it, but most don't that's why two out of three marriages end in divorce, believe me there is someone out there that will love you forever, but don't look for them, when the timings right they will appear, it will be when you least expect it, but it will be worth it.
Love is the most destructive emotion there is, but it is also the most beautiful and wonderful emotion there is, Love is real and without we cannot survive!!
Hold on friend you get through, and everyone on this site will be there, because we have all been hurt!!
No matter what you have a friend in me!!

I've found it and it does exist but it is not what you expect it to be. It's much deeper.

I found if you give of yourself then another will give and that turns into love. We have to show them that we care . then they see how much we care and they are so appreciated of how much you care,they return the love. but respect is alot too. If there is violence or name calling it's over. My thoughts anyway
