If you throw things down off your balcony. somebody below you is going to get hit. My upstairs neighbor throws out her dirty water. bird seed. garbage like papers That's what a garbage can is for GARBAGE.

AMEN BINGHOLIC!! A lot of people are unconcerned, and just litter. What's the purpose of having a garbage can if you're not going to use it? Hhahahha! Good one Bingholic98!!

Our neighbor across the street is also rude and has been unkind to us from day one that we moved in. We can't understand it since we've always been civil to her and even invited her in for coffee and cake with the other neighbors. We just keep our distance and it's been that way for over 15 years. It's really a shame people have to act like that. Guess 'love thy neighbor' for some folks doesn't apply.
Hope you're all having a great weekend.

warm regards, susie :)

i would blow up at somone if they did that to me more than once.....
What you do with your life is only half of the equation, the other half, the more important half, is who you're with when you're doing it.

Leah I do blow up but all she does is say sorry and comes down to clean it up. I'm hoping she'll get tired of cleaning up my patio and stop throwing things over
