Next time charge her 50 cents.......for her having to clean your balcony because of her mess since it is after all an inconvenience to you! She might get sick of paying you for her doing work!

thanks for the advice evy1 but I figure if she hits me with any thing. I'll sue. none of this nickel dime stuff.
