everyone thought he was just a friend
but,
he's so much more
he took charge
and satisfied my heart

he made me promises
that no one could ever fulfill
he was my wishin' star
whatever i wished upon
he made it come true

he did for me
what no one would of ever
been able to do

he has something ,that no one else has
i feel safe and secure
in his arms
and that is where i want to be tonight
