who do i thank for the touch of love
that was sent, by way of the sunrays

it made my heart , calm down

the storms made it difficult to breathe
when the first wave came over me

who do i thank for the touch of love
that was sent, by way of the calmin' moon

so many questions
no one was able to answer for me
until someone's heart appeared

an honest heart
bearin' wisdom , knowledge
a humble heart full of strength
interpreted , my questions for me

who do i thank for findin' me
and findin' my stash
of fallin' stars

layin' right besides me
that i caught over the years
as they were fallin' down`

upon them , i never thought
my wish would ever come true
now, my answers have come to be
so real , such a comfort to me

i am so glad love finally came to me

my soul became relaxed
i was fallin' apart
i now posses a tearless heart
runnin' over with love

all because someone took the time
to push their way through
into my silent heart

someone knew someting was makin' me blue
and that sometimes, things in life
we are not ready to expose or share

my heart and soul want to thank someone
for bein' there
among my fallin' stars
and acceptin' me as i am, from afar

But...
who's soul, do i thank for this touch of love
that i feel from a heart so true
is it you?
