Let My Love Become The Helium That Fills All Hearts
1 November, 2005
Author: Terrie*
The greatest gift
that was ever given to me was Inspiration
Life became more meaningful it helped me get through
No other simple translation
death took my first love, that often claimed I was infectiously contagious
Yet i know
I believe it was his touch that helped me grow
today, I shed tears
for a heart I chose, that may never be
My heart has the touch of unrequited love embossed
my many fears
of the many hands I will hold
as their soul passes through
Their spirits will see me fall apart
like all the others have
Even as my soul cries out
I watched them land safely on the other side
into open arms of a God so tender and sweet
As always I will continue to give
From deep inside my soul
share my lovin’ acts for others
the very young and the mature
The toughest part of my life
is learnin’ to be strong
for those that reached their weakest point
That is when I pray for strength to be my guide
And for my tears to become my anchor one more time
And for my heart not to fall apart
I have faced many major obstacles in my life that I over came
The meaningful change ,That I didn’t want or ask for
Helped me believe ,
That someday, I will reach the unreachable star
i share my compassion
for someone close to all hearts
And my courageous words, that hide in mine
Destination is not always what it is all about
But the journey getting’ there is
If my words cain be where it starts
then let the journey begin
Listen to the voice of my heart
Add a simple smile and an embrace as my reward
That I shall wear getting’ there
