Today i have set forth on a journey,
A journey of uncertain conclusion or fulfillment.
Myself, i set out to find
But in which direction do i lye.

For days now i’ve been thinking,
Praying, and searching.
But nowhere familiar has helped,
No one has distracted me for more than a moment.
I can feel him out there
The real i, Myself.

Today i have set forth on a journey,
A journey to get my life together.
The answer is out there
But with each day, the rift still tears?

All this time i’ve been longing,
Wishing, and wanting.
Not knowing exactly what
But still going for some goal.
I feel where i must go,
So now i travel up the mountain.

Yesterday i set out on a journey,
My journey has lasted much time.
I have put myself on the ultimate test
But how much longer can this last?

I have come upon a clearing,
Seeing, and feeling.
At the peak is a place
It needs some work, as do i.
Is this myself in a way,
So i need to fix this up to know?

I have journeyed up the mountain,
This journey has shown me much light.
I have found a solution
In time i can fix me,
But will the repairs fade with time?
