Abyss Of Darkness
Author: Dino Hi

Into the abyss of darkness, life's light fading
Holding life's hand and guiding light
The passage of darkness is vast
Death behind corners
And Death traps to fall into dark waters
Life continues up, down, left, right, now a crawl
Only to hit dark walls, dead ends
Falling into a crevasse of uncertainty
Searching for a way out
Into a room af darkness
The way to dead end walls
I've reached the bottom
Find my way out of this blindness
So which way?
Dark tunnels, which one to choose to life?
Climbing back up the crevasse, I'm lost!
In the darkness, on my knees
Hoping for a comforting voice
A guiding arm
Must stop and gather my thoughts
Not to panic in the dark
I need help! I want to live!
Then hearing that comforting voice
That guiding arm
Reaching, to lead you out
Of your abyss of darkness

Thanks again. Just curious? What's your thinking Cap or anyone, just for fun. Appriciate the feed back. Threw this together, the inspiration? As teenagers, my friends and I entered this half mine and half natural cave. My friend and I seperated from the group, got lost for hours with deep mine shaft and only one flash light, scared, then we were found. If you read the poem again, you can see and feel the picture. Thanks for your comment.

I had a feeling this might be about a cave, with tunnels...reminded me of another conversation we had about tunnels and the light...but ther i think you may have been worried about that tunnel too!!
