Dotage Days
20 May, 2002
Author: Anjali Thapa
Like an oarless raft
In the mercy of the wind
Shifts and turns of life
Drag me this bank to that
Sands are running out
My spinster soul
Hoary and mellowed
In its senility
Still wears well
For it had known
In its juvenescence
Someone true like you.
