The Downward Spiral Of The Learning Curve: 5 Poems

Weather patterns may come and go.
The migrating birds always know.
The changing seasons put on a yearly show
but human empathy takes time to grow!

--

They seem to stop before our peak
and betray a mind that's always weak
as men are unaware of what we seek
so exactly what language do they speak?

--

You soon realize that you're not alone
and as a social animal we're all prone
to seek salvation in a crowded place
with every other member of the human race!

--

It's noticeable by your trembling lip
that fear continues a merciless grip
on your appeal and it's considerable flex
with members of the opposite sex!

--

The speaker in question was burdened by grief.
His syntax was mangled beyond belief
as colloquial abuse offered no relief
until he gained a mouthful of teeth!

Well...

I guess that seeking salvation in a crowded place leads to nowhere...As a matter of fact i do believe that the salvation( if i can say so)can't last longer...
