A rhythmic conception, a choreographer's dream
this fertility dance fits the seam.
With respect to science they're not running out of steam.
A man and a woman are still a team!

As I pass by daily pushing my broom
her magnetic presence fills the room
but her love is elusive and that's a shame
as she'll remain forever inside this frame!

--

Haunted by the spectre of the past
this present situation wasn't meant to last
as tongues began to wag with the current broadcast
that the very nature of bad news tends to travel fast!

--

To experience this candy store like a little kid
he pursued his true nature by lifting the lid
and into the depths of imagination he further slid
when he offered Pandora the highest bid!

--

Our lungs are sore with very little time
to fully comprehend this cataclysmic crime
and today the church bells never rang.
We'll end with a whimper and not a bang.
