I look over you from a higher space
as tears run down my astonished face
and this planet I recognize as my birthplace
waits for a safe return and a sweet embrace!

--

She crosses the river and begins to wave.
I stand back I must be brave
when one of us has been denied
from traveling to the other side!

--

Chain gang sweating in the mid-day sun.
The work they do will never get done.
A life sentence of hard labor is their fate
with the evidence of doom in this ghostly state!

--

They wanted to see what he could bring.
Apparently Mother Nature began to sing.
Jesus came back and he's the real thing
on CNN live with Larry King!

--

With this attachment your world shook
and did not let you off the hook.
Two letters in the alphabet and that's all it took.
"If" is the biggest word in the book!
