P. S. Happy Valentine’s Day (for Those Who Can’t Resist)
10 February, 2010
Author: Miztrebor
It’s a commercial affair,
“Come get your cards,
Come buy flowers and bears!”
“Be mine,
Kiss me,
Marry me,
Sweetheart!”
Money greed sucking joy,
Taking the meaning out of Love.
L.O.V.E.
It’s not the same for you and me.
Go buy our their stock of cards,
Hearts of chocolate,
And the jewelry stores.
I’ll be here laughing,
At least to myself,
Since my Love knows how I feel
All year long.
She needs no reminder
On one specific day.
Be random,
Kiss daily,
Feed her sweet tooth
(At any time,
Not just with candy hearts.)
