Today we all sorrow for the trouble we did
not borrow, for the lives lost with much
cost and never to be forgotten.

World Trade Center twin towers downed in
combustible dust...harrowing clouds above
contain a devil's grin from the man whose
scheme this was and determination that
sin would win.

The Pentagon, that symbol of strength
weakened but not dead as that plane crashed into its belly.. and Flight 93
whose passengers refused to give up and
directed the plane to a field in Pennsylvania
saving thousands and losing
their lives.

Our lives will never be the same and grieve we will
but the battle goes on as our troops combine to sort out and deal
with devils who thought we had no strength.

God's Love for all of us prevails
as we continue with prayer and lives go on.
Today, six months later, moments of
silence to remember....then life will
return to "normal" as we call it.

We've been there before, the cowards who
swore that they were "right" and we wrong.
But with God's guidance...we will go on.

Today we remember that day in September
when our lives were forever changed.
