Darkest Of Night, Walks The Black Crow
23 July, 2011
Author: Dino Hi
Not a full moon, but the darkest of night
At two in the morning, a screaming fight
Scared the living crap out of me, turned on the light
Open the back door, what's that in my sight?
His favorite apple, saved on the grass
The walking black crow, wants to grasp
Slowly he sneaks there, finally at last
As the black crow bites, something bites his ass?
Aloud scream, I jump from the couch
Chicken skin arms, as I fall and ouch
Startle and scared, now pissed and a grouch
Confound it! What's going on out there Slouch?
As he walks away, head down walking slow
Dog gone done it, legs kicking it's last blow
Upside down, the air leaving it's last flow
The apple thief, final walk of the black crow
------- Author's Notes -------
Just one of many memories of his last week. |
