Through Your Eyes - Part One
29 April, 2013
Author: Ing Twi Demalah
It's ever Springtime
When seen through your eyes
no wound hurts
no tears to dry
where no child cries
and no one dies
we rise on clouds
into the sky
and sail the winds
on wingless flight
Where flowers bloom
with every stride
The shadows lengthen
then comes the night
We're not scared
No need to hide
For "Sword Fang-Blade"
Is at my side
we battle pirates
and dragons we slay
Run from the "Tickle Monster"
and hope we get away
we are strong with the Force
and thousands we save
Then tuck you in and kiss your brow
at the end of our day.
------- Author's Notes -------
My 5 Year Old calls himself "Sword Fang-Blade" when he pretends to be a Knight.....maybe he really is a knight, my day is always better when "Sword Fang-Blade" is with me. :-) |
