Cruising on the long stretch,
With no thoughts to bother,
I just ran into a trench,
and that cause me to pother.
It was on one rainy night,
thus the roads were skidding,
My legs were trust on the brakes,
My hands trembling on the steering.
I had done everything I could do,
But the inevitable had happened.
I see my car,now as a wreck,
and the loss wasn't ascertained.
As I see the police arrive,
and remove me and retire,
Death was yet to take me home,
I was happy to roam around the town.
I rambled around the place.
As the dumbness has started to creep in,
I felt myself light,
and took care not to leave any trace.
I flew towards my home,
To see my loved ones call,
and flood my abode with their tears.
It is horrific to miss these folks,
But my life is long back over,
All I care, is only for her,
In this huge world with no support.
I vow to be always with her,
Helping her in every way I could,
By not involving directly in her strife,
I will make her happy with no bounds.
