Fear
25 December, 2001
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)

If our greatest Fear is Fear itself
This fear can lead to a loathing
We may let unknown fear lead to hate
But hate we wish not to own

If we let go to the inner love
We can chase the fear away
Embracing each fear as adventure
We feel hate lifting away

And if we let go of the hate
Choosing to love instead
Would it not be an easier life
One free of so much dread
