Author: Clive B Ringshall
It was a quiet day as I recall,
Without asking you invaded my soul,
Unlike ever before I never knew you,
You took my life and took what you wanted,
Worst of all I let you in,
Never thought Iíd be so unprotected,
Never thought I needed to be,
But now you took my dreams,
Now you have my memories too,
Iíll rebuild them all, better than before,
Next time Iíll be more aware,
Youíll have to try harder if you dare return,
Iíve wised up to your invasive ways,
No longer will you walk over my soul again.
