What More Is Left To Give...
12 May, 2004
Author: Terrie*
what more can I give
if I gave it all to you?
tell me,what more ?
I cannot love again
I don't have any left to give away
you gave me pleasure
you gave me pain
we had love
we had romance
i've become another lonely heart
like a plague it will get the best of me
I do not want to choose love
I want it to appear
the way that you did
I want it to choose me
my heart is in agony
my heart is in pain
i will never find a love so true
and as powerful and committed as you
you were the only one
that managed to touch my heart
no matter how much
I want and try to love
my heart still brings me back to you
because your heart and mine
will always belong as one....
