Family Body
Author: Andrew James Ball

My family is a human body:

My dad is the brain,
Always making good choices for us.

My mom is the eye,
Always watching out for us,
Making sure were all safe.

My sister and brother-in-law are the arms,
Lending a helping hand.

My grandparents are the legs,
Strong and supportive.

My nieces and nephew are the stomach,
Absorbing all the knowledge.

My dog Mercedes,
And her brother Bentley,
Are the adrenalin,
That keeps us on our feet.

My aunt and cousins are the ears,
That tell us all.

I am the heart,
That cares for us all,
Through thick and thin,
Till the end.
