I Look Out The Big Window....
21 December, 2004
Author: Terrie*
I stand looking out the window
as the passengers unload
I wait there until I catch a glimpse
of the final passenger appear
my heart breaks
as it beats no more
I didn't see you get off
that plane at all
the tears flow fast
I wrap my own arms around myself
to ease the extended pain
I tell myself go home
but do not
start all over again..
for love hurts further
and deeper than before
so I go home and plan my days
to stay covered alone
and not take love in again
it has caused me heartache and pain
------- Author's Notes -------
Guerro, this is how i would feel if you had me wait for your love ..and you didn't show up |
