sunshine is when you walk in
and your smile lights up the joint
when the lights are out
music is the love that comes from your heart
you capture every soul as you capture mine
when your voice sets loose
heaven is when I get an embrace
from a good man like you
whom gives darn good hugs
all good things come
in tall tall tall packages
sadness is watchinhg you go away
without a promise
that you will return another day
happiness is knowing that
you will always be a part of me
no matter how far you travel to your destiny
I too will always be right here for you
how did I get so lucky
having a friend like you???
I nmst be doing something right
or perhaps someone at the top
is doing me a favor
by placing someone so special in my life
the brother I got cheated out of
to keep me on the right track.....
or to pull me out of trouble...
pssst don't tell on me....
