5 Months Down The Drain..... by Britney

You told me the news He was cheating on you
for 5 whole months since the first day you two
started going out. I know you keep asking me
why. Hun I really cant say all I know is he's
no good to get your respect all round.

I had a gut feeling something wasn't right about
you two. I told you over and over again yet you
wouldn't listen aren't you proud? Now your
thinking why didn't I listen to her when she
was telling me all that smack.

I tried and tried over again yet it never got
threw to you how it was suppose to come
down. Yes I forgive you don't worry no
worries I understand. You just thought
wrong when the answer was here all along.

Don't worry he wasn't good anyways he wasn't
true. He was just a typical guy nothing but a fool.
I wish I could cry your tears and feel your hurt
but I can't didn't happen to me thank goodness though.

You think it's all good but it's not. You want to be
ok but it's so not. Your not close to being ok
even know you want to be. It disgust me so much
he did this to you. Did he even know he was playing
with your unmended heart? I don't think so he
probably won't even take blame for his fault.

I bet your all teary now from reading this poem
goes to show. You learn who was right and who
was wrong. You know I love you unlike that guy
who said he loved you too. As you were saying 5 whole
months went down the drain.

Now your heart torn all apart. You thought
he was Mr.Right but he's Mr.Wrong. You
thought he treated you right but you were like
a can in the middle of his hand. Able to crush
you right down.

Sorry Hun to here this wrong. But I guess I was
right all along. I don't mean to brag but it's true.
I guess i'm hurting as much as you. Cry your tears
have your pain because we both know it won't be
soon that they will go away.

He was no good 5 whole months down the drain......

I like that! As if there's a dialogue going on between you and "unknown". It's sad to hear though, when a friend thinks their friend is jealous because they aren't dating the guy they're dating, when the other friend is only trying to help them in advance. Sorry it turned out that way for them. You did all you could, you tried to make her see, but it was all you could do. Well, I hope you and your friend will go out for pizza, to get her mind off things. You know, friend stuff. Nice job Chica! Your poem shines!!
