Regret

I regret every poem, I regret every kiss
I regret all the times that for you I slit my wrist
I regret us ever holding hands while laying underneath the moon
Telling you my dreams, who would have thought you'd leave so soon
The reason you left me remains a mystery to me
I never thought it'd be this way, I thought we were meant to be
I wish I hadn't said I loved you so I wouldn't feel so bad
Because you've only left me with memories of what we once had
I wish I hadn't bragged about you, saying you were THE ONE
I wish I hadn't claimed your love because you are now gone
After all that happened, After all you put me through
There's one thing I'll NEVER regret and thats falling in love with you
