Take Me As I Am
Author: Clive B Ringshall

Missing you so much,
Yet youíre so near not too far away,
My love for you grows even still,
How long have I cared for you?
How long did I love you?

Have I always missed you?
Were we ment to be?
I have so many questions for you,
Sit next to me, hold my hand,
Without question you invade my mind,

I feel you walking around in side my thoughts,
Do you see my path?
The one that leads to you,
No matter which path you take, Iím there at each end,
Iíll be there for you,

Let me into your heart,
Iíll treat it as my own,
Never to be harmed but always protected,
I love you, you know,
I miss you and cannot stop it,
Accept me for me, no other,

Accept my touch as honesty,
Take my love as security,
I give my strength as trust,
I give you all I am,
Take it, treat it with care,

For all I am,
Is all I have?
Iíd like to add to my life,
Iíd like you in my life,
Could I be wrong?

Not this time,
You give so much,
You give me life again.
