Ripped Off The Page Part 1
Author: Luke Mudge
Take the past, set it aside, get rid of the waste, itís full of cries,
Take the future, itís a second away, youíll thank me again some day.
That when you finally stop and realize what has gone by,
Your mind will catch up to you, and there will never be that blank question of why.
Your heart will mend, your soul will grow, your conscious will heal, and you will know,
To take what you have , hold it inside, keep it close, so that you will eternally feel Alive.
------- Author's Notes -------
This is something I wrote a while back, and it is actually in the "tonight I wanna cry" poem

I don't feel ripped off after reading this at all. Then again there are many people who are not thankful for what they have. If they would just take the time they would not feel ripped off by fortunate...
This writing says that so well... Great thought... I am glad you shared it. It stands alone as a great thought..
