Laying on the pillow I look into the darkness
My ceiling coming to life with thoughts of you
Closing my eyes I breathe deep
Trying to remember your scent

My body remembers
Responding to the memories
The ebb and flow of the tide go thru me
Leaving me dizzy with my dreams

No one can control my dreams
Yet thoughts of you provoke
I listen to my own heartbeat
As my breathing slows I fall to slumber
