The Tears Fall
28 July, 2003
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)

It is a beautiful day
breeze gently blowing
birds happily sing
Yet, the tears fall

Sitting comfortably
I watch a funny movie
I turn to laugh with you
Again, the tears fall

Joyful celebrating
With friends all around
I watch the little ones playing
Sadly, the tears fall

I awake from a dream
And roll over to share it
And I realize you are no longer there
Lonely, the tears fall

Life continues going on
Things once done together
Will be done with your memories
That is why, the tears fall

deeper meaning?

While I can say I understood everything you portrayed in this work and felt it was very well written... I have to wonder if something happened to prompt this. I'm not going to lay out anything here for all to see, but if it's true, you can unload on me whenever you feel up to it.

See you around.

I'm with Seiz,
Very well done, and those of us who have know you for awhile, understand your solitude. I think, sometimes, when you have a moment to breath for yourself and for all the others that you help, you go back to better times, those memories. Should it be more then that, share it with us. We are part of a family, or we not?

A friend is someone we turn to,
when our sprits need a lift.
A friend is someone we treasure,
for our friend ship is a gift. A friend is someone who fills our liveswith beauty, joy, and grace.
