i know your shining down on me from heaven
i know eventually we'll be together,
i know you'll help me past the rain,
i hope your actions wont be in vain.

you've been gone along time,
untill this point i was fine.
but now i want to try and find
the love i still hold for you inside.

i knew it was there,
but i didnt know where,
this may seem bad
but when you died i tried to hide my feelings deep inside.

i just couldnt handle loosing you
i wanted to hold on through and through,
wanted you to geet the message
i still needed you.

you've been gone 6 years today,
what am i supposed to do?
just scream oh yay oh yay?
i cant do that.
i miss you so much
but i dont want to cause a silly fuss.

your no lonfger here that i need to accept,
but i cant settle for anyone less,
any one less tyhan you.

Hey TJ! Even though the bad part is that she's gone away from here, the good part is that she's in a much better, safer, peaceful place. A place where every human should want to go when they die. And speaking of deaths in 1999, I lost my piano teacher in December, just a few days before the millennium. I definitely can relate to this category. So many emotions come out in your poem, because you speak from the heart. Profound poem, excellent dedication!
