Seekin' Closure by Terrie*

feelin' lonely, unloved and confused
painfully afraid and in the dark
i 've buried my heart alive
forgotten and paralyzed fear
in every breath that i should consume

feelin' so walled in
by deep pain in my soul
until a soft voice
spoke to my heart
my child, i too
am nothin' without you

i didn't mean
to bring you harm
his mission was complete
he was set forth to do
concernin' you

quite impresssive if i must add
his role as a husband and dad
i'll make sure
the next soul is as devoted and pure
at heart as was he
very inspirin' to see

i know you desperatly seek closure
and understandin'
and are makin' yourself distant from me
please do not close your heart
you are the flower
we shelterd and protected from the start

you will find peace within this
and clarity to your heart
you will know what to do
and how to share the love
you felt was taken from you

i will never leave you
as i have never left you
i will always be there

in due time
more wisdom will appear
and fulfill your desire

your patience will reap
you happiness
spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally

confused for a short while you will be
until you understand
the love that remains livin'in your heart
and totally accept
a new love as you have me

at one point in my life ,i questioned Gods purpose.of why he took away from me, now i question why he has given to me. because he LOVE'S me.
