The One

Eastern winds do whisper words of infinite wisdom,
They dance the skies and linger where they rest,
They share a depth of knowledge and spirit,
They caress, they taste, they test.......

A gentle breeze one day does blow,
It's loving touch from o'er,
At times it ravages with a mighty gust,
Hides it's painful thrusts whilst it soars.....

The heavens embrace these mighty winds,
Protect them in their folds,
And nourish them with strength once more,
Release them with words untold.....

The Angels they do kiss them,
With wisdom that glimmers as a star,
Mankind here on earth knows not,
But for my friend afar.....

They call him Lonely Pine at times,
To me he bests them all,
His spirit touches many,
And we beckon to his call......

For in his words are magic,
A knowledge far beyond,
And a friendship lingers always,
With my friend I call "The One"......
