Watching the tears run down your face,
makes me think; why put yourself through that?
Is he really worth the pain?
Does that blade really help you deal?
Or does it help you escape?

You can hide in the corner,
hide from the truth pretend its not there,
But we can see it just as much as you can feel it.
The bruises,tear stains,and black eyes aren't invisible.
Sometimes the darkness and make up cant hide everything.

Why try to forget what happens each day?
Everytime you say "He didnt mean it" even you know your lieing.
The next day you'll have another bruise.
Just one more slice into your soul.

He crushes your spirit and makes you weak,
but we all know your capable of getting away.
Your stonger then him but fail to se it.
Every strike to you is a peice of dignity crumbling away.

Put the razor down
get away, disappear.
Get out of the dark open the shades,
but until you want to help yourself
we cant do anything.
Its your word over his leap at the chance
Start a new with out his shadow looming over you.
