Love Only, Comes At Night

Got my mail, unlocked my door, finally, I am home
Gently, I close the door on my life of nine to five
Set my purse dwon and my car keys, tomorrow's keys to hell
Sometimes I wonder, why do I own a car, well, it brings me home

I walk into my living room and set down, wonder why someone
Came up with the term, living room, crash room is a better term
At least, I made it through another day and I'm safe at home
I take off all my clothes, feel the hot water flow, I'm not alone

The sun has done its job for the day, next shift, the shinning moon
Standing here, I feel the hot water flow, soft as the smiling moon
Step out, to tired to eat, I just go to bed, drop the towel on the floor
And fall back into a night of love, why is it, love only comes at night?

Dreams overcome today, I feel the hot water flow, as I toss and turn
I see the sun go to sleep, feel the bright moon come all over me
Gentle as dew drops, that will meet my morning sun but, tonight
I feel the touch of love, why does, love only, come at night?

Thank you for your comment. Felt like, I had knocked upon your door and you said welcome friend. Crash upon my floor, no furniture do you see, just a place, to rest your weary soul.Thank You Seiz,I love this room. emptym full of solitude
