You're my smile, I'm your fear.
You're my laughter, I'm your tear.
You're my summer, I'm your fall.
You're my rosebud, I'm your thorn.

You bring me joy, I give you pain.
You show me life, I drive you insane.
Now you're gone, you're not coming back.
I hurt you bad, I have that knack.

------- Author's Notes -------

This wasn't to a 'special' person in my life, as in partner or something. I just feel I hurt everyone and anyone I come across, no matter how I feel about them. Curses, anyone?

I don't know how you can hurt anyone, I've never experienced it. Aren't the people you really care about, still with you?

This is a great poem, I enjoyed the read, and understand what your saying. I feel I do the same thing all the time.
