Leadership

a leader is a person motivated by his own self confidence
he has to be strong metally and physicaly there is usually
some kind of goal or aspiration which he wants to fulfill or
materialize
on any journey there will be obsticles and challenges to over come
a leader must have the will power and determination to rise to the ocassion
in the past many has been able to break chains and build bridges
to walk over and foundations to stand on
this process is considered to be delicate these are the defining moments
that could make or brake any person ,these are instances where he will be ridiculed and critisized
as a leader this is when his inner most strenght is put on display
this defines there true character as a person
they are then admired when their relentless efforts toachive the objective
has come to a conclusion
