A balloon filled with love
A kite flyin’ so high

Tied to the end of an invisible string
Holdin’ firmly
Thru the ragin’ turbulant winds

Flyin’ freely
With the freedom of a bit of some slack
Restin’ comfortably
As it lands with ease
On a meadow so green
Through the calm and softness
Similar to a soft cloud

Tugging and pulling away
fragile yet so strong
love is pretty much the same way
When you treat it with respect
And trust it when you are a distance away

Tied to one another with an invisible bond
You have freedom
Yet your heart knows where it belongs
