Fear
29 September, 2005
Author: Emma-Louise
I’d rather be dead than see this day,
It’s one I’d never forget.
The rainclouds on my heart would stay,
I’d be left with my regret.
Bloodstains on my fingertips,
Will remain here in my mind.
Just like the seduction of our lips,
And the kisses I left behind.
Failing to control the shaking,
My tears will fall around me.
This is a lost soul in the making,
With no one to hear my plea.
I hope you’ll always be happy with me,
Cause I never want to hear you say,
That we were never meant to be.
I fear this day.
I hope it never comes.
