Sleepless Night

I wake up
to a shattering sound
hard piercing profound
the wetness of sweat
all over my body
voice calling out
anyone there..anybody
pulse low
breath becomes slow
I cling to myself
in fear
you are not near
tugging at my heart
I hold you
your thoughts I gather
from the shattered pieces
of my broken heart
to find your face
my solace
as I drift back
into the much tired arms
of you once more
still..ever wanting
to hold me close
the silent quiet night I endure
sleepless..like the nights before.

Dreams, can be reality, to our heart so, dream

Beautiful and revealing, how much you love someone, you seem to have lost in your real life, yet, you try, to feel that love again, as you forget the day and sleep, letting your dreams fill your heart and arms again, just you and love. This is a poem I love and know why, this site is called, Dreamersreality. Love this poem, keep your heart safe.
