In sitting down.
She stood so tall.
A little woman.
Who spoke for all.
In sitting down.
She broke the chains.
Of Ignorance,Prejudice,
Fear and Pain.
In sitting down.
God gave her grace.
To stand up tall,
And count her race.....

Saw it on the web yesterday

Hey Marilyn! Great tribute! You know, I was telling somebody not to long ago that 2005 seems like death year for some reason. Eddie Albert died this year, Johnny Cohcran, Luther Vandross, August Wilson, Frank Perdue, Nipsey Russell, a boxer named Leavander, John Johnson, and others. It's like every time you turn around another has passed away. Once again, great tribute to Rosa Parks, for she was a wonderful civil rights leader in helping to pave the way for African Americans. R.I.P Rosa.
