a night not to waste
i came out as i was, i couldn't sleep
you found me standin' there wrapped only in a satin sheet

standin’ way up at the Ridge
Lookin’ down at the valley far below
Seepin’ my heart into all the beauty

of the birds, butterflies and all forms of life that i see
the honey of love and life

you took me into your arms
felt how chilled i was
you caressed every muscle in my body
pressed the heat of your body against mine

You and I sayin’ I love you
holdin' one another passionately

hearin’ the echo’s of those i love you's
from the canyon, return back into our hearts

Lookin’ up into the galaxies of the midnight sky
searchin' and Chasin’ a fallin’ star
kissin’ your sensual lips

Makin’ a wish as a butterfly rests gently upon my bare shoulder
stroking my flesh with her wings

Lookin’ out into the ocean
Admirin’ the moon’s glow within the ripples
Of the rollin’ waves that gently pass us by

You holdin’ me so close
in the midnight breeze
Wrapped warm and safely within your arms

the satin sheet, slowly slips down and away
upon the rock that we stand on

I place my head upon your chest
To hear my heart beatin’ inside of yours

How deep, how far, how much is my love?
i say look at me with out the satin sheet
focus deep into my eyes straight to my heart
there you will see..

Look into any form of water-land
That’s how deep,
and deeper...

Look up into heavens skies
That’s how far
and further..

Look into your heart ….
That is how much
and more...

of my internal and eternal love
i have
for you

this piece is very special to me..

sometimes the love that touches us is not of flesh, it is their spirit, their soul that finds their way to us, a moment to a sensual connection.. especially when " A Womans Heart Like Mine Is Low" John, i am touched that you could see and feel such a soul as mine..

Ah, I know this place.....

This place where two souls and two hearts join together so that they become one soul and one heart. Here where the stars shine brighter, and for that moment things are perfect for the two sharing love. Again Terrie, all that the heart feels and that can be shared you have put into words and have painted a picture through poetry that Michael Angello could not have painted with his brush. Awe inspiring, exquisite, simply.....i don't know, i cannot put to words anything to describe the beauty you have already expressed in your writing. But i hope you know what i am trying to say......great work, Great work.

Ing, Your words are an aid of solice to mine

Sweetie, your comments are truely warm, i'm full of helium , will ya help me down from the sky?? the stars do seem brighter do they not??? it's about that very moment two share, like a snow flake no two cain share alike..yet it is so true when one is able to feel the missin' soul that is absent, be it through death or distance,Love is like this is a rare experience not many have had the opportunity unless, they listen with their heart.i consider myself one of the few lucky women to have had it touch me.. i have another postin' comin' out pertainin' to the touch of an absent soul.hope you will enjoy that one as well..thank you once again...gotta go find a way to climb off my cloud ; )
