Night Rewinds In My Head
4 February, 2002
Author: Daphne

vinebar

Spectres dance in winter nights
Clapping hands with hands unseen
Discortant voices wailing in the wind.
Time doesn't dance without clocks
And clocks without time don't exist
And STILL the spectres dance and dance
When darkness falls
There is no light.
And night rewinds in my head
A thousand dreams I've lost instead
