Your Friendship, Alway's In Full Bloom In My Heart
23 November, 2005
Author: Terrie*
Like every year
Another empty day with out you near
So many years ,you and I have known
Friendship continued as we were fully grown
You watched me bloom from a kid in jeans
Whom loved climbin’ trees side by side
splashin' one another at the ditch
You were always there ,my best friend
like a big brother, lookin' after me
Holdin’ hands, dryin’ tears
Bandagin’ up banged up knees
carried my books all the way
through the end of high school
Never a day passes me by, that I do not think of you
You knew me better than all
saw me go away on my first date
with the man whom said he would wait
he became my life, i married him when i fell in love with his heart
Called you when my life fell apart
You always listened to what I had to say
Missed you more than dreams ,when you moved away
If I could have just one wish come true for me today
It would have to be
To see you ,and spend wasted time gone by with you
