i wish you were here with me now
it breaks my heart that we cant be
together
i think of you all day, every day
nothing but thougths of you float
into my head
when you held me
i felt warm, safe, and secure
when you looked into my eyes
i could see your soul inside
when we kissed
my heart reached out for you
there's nothing i want more than
to be in your arms, every moment im
awake
i want you to hold me,
kiss me
and to love me all day long
you make me feel special
and you make me love myself
with you as part of my life
i know that ive become a better person
im so afraid that if i lost you
i'd lose myself too
i could tell you anything before
you broke my heart
you used to be my friend
now my heart you cannot mend
you have broken me apart
now i dont know where to start
hate has pulled you away from me
now i dont know what to do
memories of how it used to be
are only in the pictures that i can see
why did you do this to me?
and fill my heart with cruelty
tears of anger from your lies
tears of betrayal fill my eyes
and now i dont want to see your ugly face
the one that is so beautiful
i dont want to see your ugly body
the one that is so built
i dont want to look into your pale and lifeless eyes
you know the ones, they're dark chocolate and dancy
i dont want you to love me back
with your true and pure love
the love that is misleading and tears me down
but wait!!...
i've thought this over may times
and i need you here right by my side
you dont have to be my lover
but i need you as a friend
