I Thought I Was Over You
27 December, 2005

Its been a few years now
since we went our
separate ways
You said it wasnt right for us
but it has to be this way

I thought I was over you
until I saw you standing there
I glanced over to you and
noticed you were looking at me too
The biggest smile came upon your face
just like you used to do
But still

I get excited whenever you come near
there are times that i cant even speak
and I have to turn away
I dont want you to know that I
am still feeling this way

Whenever your around my heart still skips a beat
my stomach always twirls
and my knees are always
weak
Our eyes when they meet
Its like were in a trance
speak to me they say
and they say you still care

my hands begin to tremble
my palms are sweaty too
I just dont want you to
see how much I am still IN LOVE WITH U
Shivers down my spine
when you brush up against me
the day you touched my hair
was more than I could bare
I want so bad just to touch you
and feel you close to me
If this was to happen
then you would surely know
that its you and only you
that can make my life complete

You distract me by your every move
I cant even concentrate
I dont hear or see anything
But U and only U

Somehow you have a hold of my heart
I know it can never be free
It will be forever yours
all because you took it from me
