Moving On
Author: Clive B Ringshall

Those times IĎve called you near,
Those times I felt you by my side,
Those times Iíve seen you in my dreams,
Those times your smile has been only for me,
Those times Iíve wanted to hear the words only you can tell,
Say that you love me,
Say that together weíll be
Say that your love is for me,
Just say you love me,
Those times the moonís reflected your beauty,
Those times the sunís brought the colour in your eyes,
Those times Iíve held your hand,
Those times weíve sat eating lunch,
Those times Iíve heard those words you never speak,
Say that you love me,
Say that together weíll be
Say that your love is for me,
Just say you love me,
Many times youíve walked away,
Many times Iíve followed your steps,
Many times I see you in my mind,
Many times youíve been untrue,
Many times my heart has cried,
Say that you love me,
Say that together weíll be
Say that your love is for me,
You are beautiful to me,
Just say you love me,
You are my world canít you see,
You and I will soon embrace,
In my eyes you are passion in every way,
Canít you see this love is mean to be?

------- Author's Notes -------

As I started these words, a poem I thought it would be. However the more I wrote a song started to develop, a song without a tune. hope you like.

I hear the urge in your words... The yearning... The wanting... The needing... First you must rescue Princess Fiona from the fiery dragon, before you can live happily ever after. Just kidding. Your poem was so cute and innocent!

Even though the wait is killing us, we must be waiting for a reason. When the time does come, we'll probably look back and say that the wait was worthwhile. I don't know. I'm just talking now.
