The cold feeling of realization sets in,
This is the end.
The end of what?
I don’t know,
But find out, i will.

Until now she was out of reach.
Alone in her own world,
With me in my mine.
Only lost transmissions in between.
Never really understood,
Communications never overheard.

Always admired from afar.
To close for her to notice,
Too long to think,
Too much time to hold,
For me, any of her interest.

But that’s all gone now,
We both can see that.
But scared both, we are.
To tell the other our thoughts,
The feeling we hold inside.

The air of calamity and chaos,
It is all in order now.
When this long awaited opportunity has finally arrived,
Feelings for another have, as well, arisen.

Take new,
Settle with old?
To leave either one,
That would be cold.
You also, just got past your last.
Sweet savior from the darkness,
Took away all the pain.
Though she just ran away,
And only left the rain.

In my head it is always raining.
Storms of confusion take over.
Lost in a maze of deep thought,
And not knowing,
The answer is lost within.

Must make a decision,
Must make it soon.
The window of opportunity,
My chance at either,
Will soon fall through.
