She Cries by Tammy

She cries in cruel silence
slowly pulling the blanket
close to her.
She aches to feel him
near, but a coldness
dwells between them.
The pain rips right through
her heart as she holds
on to faded memories.
The walls close tightly
around her... smothering!
Hate consumes him, and
he turns away
wanting a reason to escape.
Her salty tears linger,
as they lay apart
in that rusted metal bed.
And she whispers love to him
but he rolls about in his madness.

Aww, Tammy, honey....
it sounds like you are going through some really hard times. Your last several poems have spoken of some really hard struggles. I hope it helps to write about your feelings and know that many people here care about you and will be praying for you. Remember that you deserve the love you seek. God bless you.
