What It Is

Oh It's overwhelming
It is
Oh the pain
It contains
So you ignore it
All together
You turn around
You make everything
So
Superficial
But then
You'll realize
What it is
You can go on
Ignoring
Because of
The pain
It contains
or
You can face
The pain
and then
Maybe you'll realize
What it is
That it isn't
So
Superficial
It isn't
Something you should turn away from
It isn't
Something you should ignore
It isn't something
You should hide from
It is
Something you should Cherish
Something you should love
Something you should breath for
It is
Life

------- Author's Notes -------

I know a lot of people go on ignoring things, keeping things in, looking at things so superficial. So you don't have to look at the depths of it and deal with what's below the surface. I know this because I do it all the time
But I guess I need to remind myself that life is a beautiful and fragile thing it isn't perfect of course, it has it's tragic moments. But it isn't something you should doubt or run away from, because that will only make things seem so much worse. It is something you should grasp and be thankful for. And When it is over it is over there is no turning back.
