Angel Baby

Angels gathered to witness the birth
Of an angel baby born on earth
We'll never hear her laugh or cry
Our baby, you see, was born to die

Doctors hurried and scurried around
But still we never heard a sound
No crying from the angel heard
Life on earth has been deferred

All the sounds that were meant to be
The laughter, the tears, the joys of three
We loved our baby before she was born
Now from our lives she has been torn

She'll grow in heaven, it is God's plan
Life was over before it began
She'll grow in heaven while angels sings
And develop her own little angel wings

Sad but comforting

It is so sad when a little one becomes an angel without getting to experience life first. It's a sad poem but also shows the strength of belief. Wonderful tribute to your little angel..
